Vetiver, een lid van de grasfamilie, wordt om vele redenen gekweekt. In tegenstelling tot andere grassen, groeit het wortelstelsel van Vetiver naar beneden, waardoor het ideaal is om erosie te helpen voorkomen en de bodem te stabiliseren. Vetiver heeft een rijk, exotisch, complex aroma dat op grote schaal wordt gebruikt in parfums. Door het kalmerende en aardende aroma van Vetiver is het een ideale olie om te gebruiken in de massagetherapie. Het kan ook voor het slapengaan op de voeten worden gewreven om zich voor te bereiden op een rustgevende nachtrust.

Toepassing

• Gebruiken als massageolie.
  
• Neem een warm bad met een paar druppels Vetiver etherische olie voor een diepe ontspanning.
  
• Diffuse met Lavendel, doTERRA Serenity® of doTERRA Balance®.
  
• Gebruik een tandenstoker om de gewenste hoeveelheid uit het flesje te halen als de Vetiver te dik is om uit het flesje te komen.
  

Gebruikstoepassingen

Diffusen: Gebruik drie tot vier druppels in de diffuser van uw keuze.

Topisch gebruik: Verdun 1 druppel etherische olie met 10 druppels draagolie

Vetiver, a member of the grass family, is grown for many reasons. Unlike other grasses, the root system of Vetiver grows down, making it ideal for helping to prevent erosion and providing soil stabilization. Vetiver has a rich, exotic, complex aroma that is used extensively in perfumes. Due to Vetiver’s calming and grounding aroma, it is an ideal oil to use in massage therapy. It can also be rubbed on the feet before bedtime to prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

Uses

• Use as a massage oil..
• Take a warm bath with a few drops of Vetiver essential oil for deep relaxation.
• Diffuse with Lavender, doTERRA Serenity®, or doTERRA Balance®.
• Use a toothpick to help get the desired amount out of container if Vetiver is too thick to get out of the bottle. A little goes a long way.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
