De etherische olie van Spikenard wordt met stoom gedestilleerd uit de wortels van de plant en wordt al eeuwenlang gewaardeerd, traditioneel gebruikt om mensen met een hoge eer te zalven en in de ayurvedische gezondheidspraktijken van India. Historisch gezien werd Spikenard olie gebruikt om de stemming te verbeteren en ontspanning te bevorderen. De etherische olie van Spikenard bevordert een schone en gezonde huid. Vandaag de dag wordt Spikenard olie vaak gebruikt in parfums en massageoliën voor de houtachtige, muffe geur.

Toepassing

• Diffuse of breng één tot twee druppels Spikenard olie aan op de rug van de nek of op de slapen.
  
• Creëer een gepersonaliseerde geur door Spikenard essentiële olie te combineren met Kruidnagel, Cipres, Wierook, Geranium, Jeneverbes, Lavendel, Mirre, Wilde sinaasappel, Roos en Vetiver.
  
• Combineer met een hydraterende crème om de huid te verzachten en glad te strijken.
  
• Voeg een tot twee druppels toe aan uw favoriete reinigingsmiddel of anti-aging product om een gezonde, stralende huid te bevorderen.
  

Gebruikstoepassingen

Diffusen: Gebruik drie tot vier druppels in de diffuser van uw keuze.

Topisch gebruik: Verdun 1 druppel etherische olie met 10 druppels draagolie

Description

Spikenard, a flowering plant of the Valerian family, is native to high altitudes in the sub-alpine and alpine regions of the Himalayan mountains. Spikenard essential oil is steam distilled from the roots of the plant and has been valued for centuries, traditionally used to anoint people of high honor and in the Ayurvedic health practices of India. Historically, Spikenard oil was used to uplift mood and promote relaxation. Spikenard essential oil promotes clean, healthy skin. Today, Spikenard oil is commonly used in perfumes and massage oils for its woody, musty scent.

Uses

• Diffuse or apply one to two drops of Spikenard oil to the back of neck or to temples.
• Create a personalized fragrance by combining Spikenard essential oil with Clove, Cypress, Frankincense, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Myrrh, Wild Orange, Rose, and Vetiver.
• Combine with a hydrating cream to soften and smooth skin.
• Add one to two drops to your favorite cleanser or anti-aging product to promote healthy, glowing skin.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
